anyone using the TRE on zx dragbikes?

I've read a couple comments in the strip section where some of the guys were talking about the TRE on their bikes. I did a couple searches but it didn't come up with anything. Just looking for a little input on it. I'm running a 08 zx10r didn't know if they would work as well on the strip since your wide open throttle anyway? Any input appreciated.

I could see using it if you were riding on the street. I didn't think it would do much good on the strip but wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something, thanks for the input.

The only thing the TRE does on the Kawis is trick the ECU into thinking it's in a different gear than it really is. Therefore, the secondaries and fuel mappings for that gear are always available. In practice, it helps smooth out the power delivery and throttle response somewhat. But it's not really a power booster. And many claim that the effect is minimal if anything. I had an X-TRE on my '09 and removed it after I had the ECU flashed.

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

Does this still effect mapping after building a map on a PCIII ? as in adding nitrous and having a 93 octane map would the TRE make the maps run funky?
