Air shifter Problems??? Help

We have a couple 10's stretched out that we drag race. We had the Muzzy bracket that runs the shifter parrallel to the ground. Well my bike shifts fine on the street then when i hit the strip it pops out of grear when it shifts. Both bikes did this. One we put a lock up in and that helped but it did it every once in a wile. So we took off the muzzy brackets and put on pingle ones for more levarage on the up stroke. We are running CO2 with plenty of air and I have been all over with the kill time. Any one have this problem or any ideas?? Im about ready to take it off and sell it, go back to footshifting.

Any help would be great.

My first suggestion would be kill time, but since thats not the problem, HMMM. How much air line do you have between the solenoid and the the shift cylinder you want as short of an air line as possible.

It is the bracket that holds the shift rod to the gear..... there are two types if you pull up the instructions on the muzzy website for there shift bracket it will tell you to use one over the other... kind of hard to explain.
