is this possible with my mods...

powercommander3
race air filter
tre
half sized yoshimura slip on
vortex front and rear sprockets 1 down in front 5 up in rear
drag race chain
vortex 4inch drop links
9 inch extended swingarm
shinko full drag slick

mid 9's should be no problem, as long as its not a huge rider.

Not sure what you call huge but a 200lb rider should still be able to get Mid 9s once extended. if not extended a 200lb rider should still be able to get in the 9s stock without any mods other than the usual lowered and strapped.

yeah i ran it when it was 100% stock i hit a 10.7 at 136 mph.. i just recently added all my upgrades about a month ago...

When I had similar mods on my 05 I was goin 9.50's I weighed about 175 suited at the time and bike was set at about 60" wb. I was at sacramento raceway 3 weeks ago and was doin 9.24 @ 152 and im at 185lbs in street clothes now. bike is 63" now and has a full system and tune running MR11

I guess you could say 250 lb + is what I would consider big. Hell I'm 200 suited. So I would completely agree with bloo. As for the op sounds like you just need some practice launching. Just keep pushing it harder until she wants to wheelie or spin. Talk to the locals at your track and ask them for pointers or to watch you run and help correct your technique. Most people will generally be pretty helpful especially if they dont see you as a threat. Good luck and report back.

bud is trying to get as heavy as me. you coming down to Sacramento for the grudefest this month?...

PS...buy one of those light weight batteries...loose 7lbs right there.
