shift points

i have a zx 10r engine in a race car. i have it geared so that it should respond similarly to the zx 10r motorcycle. i am off to watkins glen at the beginning of may for my first on track testing. now for the question.

in order to try and shorten the leaning curve, i'm looking for info on shift points. if anyone has ridden the glen, can you give me gears and shift points turn by turn? if not in general, what are the rpm ranges for shifting, up and down, gear by gear?
