Pahrump 6-3-07

It was a great day. A little on the hot side other than that . Rode on Michelin Slicks for the first time. WOW what a feeling. Got down in the 1:52's. I figure that's not too bad with my clavicle still broke,MRI on Saturday (not healing). Also got to ride a friends KTM Motard What a blast!!! So much corner speed.

My appointment was Monday. The Doc. spent all of 2 min with me. I have been pushing for surgery the entire time. Not that I want to be cut open, but I wanted the quickest recovery. I did not want it to be drug out for 6months or longer. He looked at the Xray and said "I know I wanted/told you to let it heal on its own but there should be significant healing and there is not. We had better get an MRI and see what's happening."
I spoke with another guy who had the same style break. Over 10 months to get things handled. He went through the same type of B.S. 5-6 mo. of waiting, a bone stimulator, then an MRI and Surgery plus the recovery time.
So when is the next track day?

6-30-07 & 7-1-07 Me and KaTooM are signed up for both days and its only $200 bucks for both days I know its going to be hot one but I always enjoy riding with KaTooM and we are out to break into the 1:40s for lap times on our 600s Look in the racing section or track session for the date 6-30-07 and follow the link and sign come out and ride with us. KaTooM said he is only riding Sat. but I am thinking of riding both days food ,drink, and a chance to win a hot pit bike

And I thought you didn't love me anymore. I hope to get out there with you and Kneedragger on 6-30 & 7-01. It would be great to get into the 1:49s. Will you be at the Best Western? Either way hit me up.

So are you signed up? If so Its going to be a blast I have another friend coming as well he will be on his ZX6R we will have all 600s out thier My pile (GSXR600) will be all together all I have left to do is get the lower mounted with some modification. By the way don't use PIT TEK body work its cheap and you will be drilling holes to make it fit. It comes pre drilled but they don't line up at all O well I am making them fit. I need to post pics for you all to see. Now with a full system PCIII I think I might be over 100 hps I guess the one good thing about the bike is its super light weight

I got an email from [email protected] He said slots are available. All I need to do is figure out Friday. My girl gets off @5:30pm and I have a 4-5 hr. drive depending on if I bring the truck or Element and trailer.

I got my Fairings from E-racing. Fit and finish is above average. Only a few slight modifications. They held up good when I went down.
