This thread is only for details of the track day -
here's how the weekend will run..
Gates Open : 5-10pm FIRM
7am : Gates Open
7:15am : Registration/Tech Opens
- Under the pavillion by pit out
- After you register you will go to tech
7:40am RIDERS MEETING EVERYONE MUST ATTEND TO RIDE
8am-12pm : Bikes on track
-17 minute sessions (bikes go out every 20minutes)
-Ran in this order; Expert/Intermediate/Novice
11:00am : Lunch starts cooking (Read Carefully)
-Experts' eat first (11:45)
-Inters' eat second (12:00)
-Novices' eat third (12:15)
* Reason..it will keep from having 70 people in line for lunch.
12-1pm : Lunch- Raffle
- Mike from SC will be down taking pictures all day both days. He
will be giving one lucky person each day a cd or a printed
1pm : Bikes back on track
5pm : All bikes off track
**Gates will be open : 7am-10pm
Please understand the only way to leave is to tell track control or myself that you need to leave. The pits for this track is on the inside so crossing the track is a must.
Keep in mind this isn't a spectator event. Bring a buddy or two is fine, but please don't bring 20 people to hang out with you. That is per the owners request! Nothing to do with me!

9am : Bikes on track

11am: Lunch starts cooking
- Inters (12:00)
- Novice (12:15)
12-1pm: Lunch - Raffle
- Photographer Raffle
1pm: Bikes back on track
5pm: All bikes off track
****VERY IMPORTANT*** The gates will be open all day however if you are packing up and wanting to leave we will be letting you do so ON EVERY HOUR! That is it. That is the owners rules for Sundays! This keeps traffic down and keeps bikes on the track that paid for the time!
