it looks like 3 riders have been DQ'd from the superstock/supersport races today. someone's always looking for that edge, and as a famous nascar team owner said "you do 10 things illegal and hope the find 2". looks like they found em.

yeah congrats to Ben....at least the battle between him and Matt provided some drama for superbike....tired of watching the race for third...hopefully Jamie can continue to improve on his recent success on the 10R with the new model next year...i see alot of testing in his future this off-season....has there been any more news about the DQ'ed bikes?

You know, I used to hate Mladin, but Ive gotten to respect him a whole lot more after this season, he showed a lot of hard nosed determination and actually I think hes humbled down a little bit. he actually thanked Ben after the Laguna race shook his hand and told him that hes made him the racer hes become this season. I found myself rooting for him this year, never in a million years thought id be doing that!

whats weird is this was big news, now nobody knows anything about it. my sis' boyfriend finished 16th, then was told he was 14th. then he checked the points, and was awarded 16th. the ama apparetnly didnt find anything wrong with the bikes on further inspection.

Spies pass on the corkscrew <3-WIDE!!> was insanely good racing.
I'm a Mladin fan, dood works hard and can really toss a bike around (like the VR1000!).
Hopely the new 10 will put Kawi back in the points next year.

Smoke'em if u got'em (tires)

It seemed like everytime both Ben and Mat got a good start and neither crashed or had mechanical problems that Mat always came out on top this season. I thought that it would end up like that after watching the first half of the race. But Ben went toe to toe with him and made a gutsy move on the corckscrew and thats what ended up getting him the championship.

I hope Ben does well in GP, I'll be rooting for him.

sounds like the little privateers were overly penalized or the satellite teams under penalized....go figure....too bad greg white didn't qualify...maybe he would have won the thing...
