How strict is the wera tech rule enforcement being it's just a track day? I mean all the same bolts have to be wired, drilled, etc?

If you are going to be in the race group your bike should be prepped just like it would be for racing. It just makes things a lot easier if some does go down that parts don't go everywhere.

yeah and WERA tech rules means safety wire the WHOLE bike and then yourself to the bike and then safety wire your numbers onto the number plates. but it does make sense though.

If you are going to be in the novice group you won't have to have your bike wired as bad as if you were racing.

Ive seen entire brake calipers come off bikes at the track, so there is no such thing as too much safety wire if im behind you at 170mph ;)
