New and proud ZX10R owner pics inside

I used to own a 03' GSXR 600. Traded my old car for the GSXR so I couldnt pass that deal up. Then, I sold that bike to buy my girlfriend at the time a ring.

Got married and two years later said it's time for a new bike, but this time I want a bike of my choice.

I've always rode Kawasaki while growing up racing dirt bikes. So I'd figure I'd stick with the family tradition and get this beauty queen I fell in love with at first sight.

Bought her brand new from dealer - 2012 Red passion. No miles.
SOOOOOOO happy with my purchase

Mods are on the list of course. Just have to some how manage them with the wifey

Had to get rid of the ugly rear alien head looking blinkers and license plate holder

Here is the finished product, so much happier!!

A couple of shots of my friend and I's bike. He bought is brand new as well same week haha.

Congrats man. Always was partial to that red and cussed out Kawi a few times after they released it the year after I bought mine in 2011. Even today I still time to time think about having my stock fairings painted a matte red to mimick the OE 2012 color.

If you and your friend haven't flashed your ECUs yet, I'd gladly do both of your guys together and at a discount too. If you guys haven't heard or read up about the ECU flash you can read in my forum sponsor thread here:

If thats something you and/or your friend are interested in, shoot me a private message on the boards here or post in that forum I linked above.

Thanks and again welcome to the forums!

Who the F*CK would own a red Kawasaki?!?!?!? Sacrilege.

Just kidding of course. Nice rides. Welcome to the party!

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

Ridding the Internet of bad grammar, 1 post at a time.

There is Green & Black Kawa..................

And then there's everything else. I understand people have to settle for "everything else" sometimes

Thanks everyone for the comments.

Archer, yea, we are going to get our ECU's flashed. I'm waiting on my exhaust and still deciding on which map packs I want. 1) Normal - Street 2) Race gas 3) Track
Thinking of those.

I'll check out your thread.

I love Kawasaki green and rode the color all my life. I decided I want to change it up and go with my favorite color. After all, it is MY bike.

Nice bike homie. The color doesn't matter, it's more about the name on the side of the motorcycle that makes a difference. There are a lot of guys on here that have tons of experience riding, racing, and working on bikes so use the resources you have to the fullest.
