Help!

I have a 2012 zx10r, and am wondering why some models have a blue R and mine has a grey R. Also, on the blue R model there is a red bolt on the front forks by the brakes, whereas on mine it is black. Also, on my bike the fairing on top of the gas tank is black whereas every other green/black bike the fairing is green.

Well, you didn't give enough info. Did you buy it used? Where are you located? All North American models had the blue. So either you don't have a North American version, or someone swapped the stuff.

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

Someone swapped the parts out on your bike. Not sure if it was bodywork or hard parts. But that's why yours is different.
