Talking 2005 ZX10R owner from UK

Hi everyone,

just purchased a 2005 zx10r with 10,000 miles on the clock.

had it less than two weeks, so far i've done 1,000 miles, fitted a load of carbon, and changed the head bearings.

specs are

full arrow system
K&n filter
carbon huger
carbon chain guards
carbon heal plates
carbon front fender
seat cowl
airblade screen (soon to be replaced)
braided lines.

will be..
getting a remap
re-building calipers
changing over the end can to a shorter arrow
fitting softer grips
having some bar ends made
blocking the PIA system
fitting tank grips

hope you like it

Thanks
Dan

Mucks up the fuelling, but if you're getting a remap should be ok

Motogp influenced the vogue for short cans, in a lot of cases bottom end can suffer, but yes, personal preference too

Ill admit your new choice looks the part

loved my gen 1

Ahh ok, the fuelling is already out.

I like the arrow, but its huge and very very quiet, also quite heavy.

I have to say i've never owned a sports bike and i'm liking it so far.

I usually stick to upright bikes, last few bikes were a tuned fz1n, KTM950sm and my last bike was a 1098 streetfighter S
