Question downsize

hey guys have a question for the forum has anyone tried to fit a zx12 motor into a smaller frame?. looking at these smaller bikes with the 100lbs diffrence and wondering what a 12 motor might do with a smaller frame.

I don't believe it would be worth it. With all the engineering that would have to be done would be cheaper to sell the 12 and get a 10.

2004 PBO zx10-r pazzo, seat cowl, yoshi Ti TRS bolt on, PC3, Speedo-Healer, Hyperpro, Braided lines, 16-40, Sato sets, ZG dark screen, and more.

I'm riding a 12 now and it's the best, but I also wish I could have another bike that's a 1000 or a 750 cc. Just only because the 12 is heavy as hell and takes more to turn the bike. But it's still fast!!!

i ride both the 07 race tuned 10r and an o2 12r (well,1380 muzzy bore block)

totally different bikes.keep em seperate.the 12 is heavy to turn in but get it set up stiff and slightly raised on the rear and its cabable of staying on the twisties wiv most 1000 track focused road bikes.if you are confident that is...tyres dont last long,so accept that and buy sticky ones

I'm in the process of doing that now. I have a 1290 zx12 engine and am looking into stuffing it into a zx10 frame.
