Big Thanks to AGV

As most of you remember, i posted this thread after my highside, praising my AGV helmet:

https://zx-10r.net/forum/showthread.p...t=great+helmet

AGV has since replaced my crashed helmet free of charge. They were also kind enough to help me get this:

Again i just wanted to praise them for a great product, and for their customer service.

I will only be wearing AGV from now on.

I didnt have to do anything. I e-mailed AGV with pictres and a quick thank you note for the helmet doing its job. They then emailed me back saying that theyre glad it did its job and if i would send them this one for inspection they would replace it for me. I called and asked if i could have the damaged one back after inspection, since i wanted to keep it, and they said it would be crushed in the inspection. Then they said i could just keep this one and they would send me a new one anyway. Thumbs up to a great company.

They were also kind enough to have Rossi sign the crashed one at the GP this past weekend.

Yes, they really are a great company. I did not expect them, or ask them to replace it for me, since im the one who crashed and damaged the helmet. I just think its great that they did that for me. Great bunch of people over there.

That's crazy!

Have you sold alot of their helmets? I'm trying to figure out why they would hook you up like that.
