zx14r motor zx10r frame

sorry if this is a worn out topic, I looked around and didn't see anything.
I have a zx10 with a broke motor so I got to thinking of swapping the larger motor in if it fit with minor mods. I know a ton of gsxr 600 guys swap in the 750 motor or 1000 motor in there frame so wasn't sure if the 1400 was a lot different than the 1000.

That would be fun, but no. Won't happen without hacking up the frame. The ZX-14 is build on a monocoque frame while the ZX-10 is twin-spar. Not only is it significantly larger, the motor mounts are most likely not even close let alone fitting between the frame rails.

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

ah, I do have a full machine shop as I am a union sheetmetal worker but I think I'd wait until I have a second bike before I do that. Guess I'll just build the stock motor first.

Put the 10r in a 6R frame and plastic !!
But me having both bikes apart there's no freaking way (easily) your gonna def utilize that entire machine shop to make it work and there better be a badass welder on site! Since the 14R frame had to be needed up for the power/torque I don't think the 10r frame is gonna hold it without a lot of bracing !
