Yamaha R1 05 front master cylinder??

Hello All, has anyone fitted 1 of these to a ZX10R? I believe its a brembo mc feeding down to 2 radial brake calipers. Theory being if it fits you should have brake switch and resevoir already fitted.
I've had the brake fade twice now and trying to sort it.
Any thoughts appreciated. Bill

I'd be interested to hear of this as well. I'm pretty sure people have done it, it's just a matter of finding a wrecker with a 2nd hand unit at a decent price.

You still running stock pads? The stock pads leave alot to be desired. Something like EBC HH does a much better job and lasts a crap load longer too.

Just go with the Brembo 19x18 m/c and you won't have to worry about fade and it is a lot better than the R1's m/c and a ton better than the stock zx-10r's m/c.

Whats does the Brembo one run. I just added some SS lines to mine this weekend and it helped alot but they still are not nearly as good feeling as the ones on my 636 were.

I think you can get them from one of the site sponsors for around $235 or so. Give Slava at flatout a call. He always hooks me up.
