WTF- this should start a debate!!!
I just got my 04 10r dyno tuned and the print out showed 127.4 saehp and 65.2 saetrq @11600rpm. they run a superflow dyno and the tuner tells me its more accurate than a Dyno-jet Dyno(generally 30% lower), I have never seen numbers this low before, are they real world or did he make an error somewhere. I understand that there are factors to correct for HP losses (gear box, ratio, chain etc.) but why have I never seen a number published as low as this. To the tuners credit, they did show an increase in HP and Tourque , and the A/F line(12.6 av.) was flattened out quite nice. the bike runs very smooth and pulls like a freight train but sure would like a compareable reading. anyone have an anwser for this or can shed some technical light.
