Valve cover gasket keeps blowing (HELP ME PLZ)

So i have a 2008 zx10r that i have had the valve cover gasket blow on me 4 times, but this only happens after ive been riding the bike. It is very random and it only happens on start up. when this happens the bike is running just fine besides the oil being pushed out of the valve cover. ive looked on all the forum and i found about two post but at the end there is no known solution. So has anyone had this problem and figured out the way to fix this. ive changed the spark plugs and valve cover gasket every time it blew. ive had the bike retuned. ive checked all the coils. i just dont know what to do anymore plz help if you know anything.

Is the crankcase vent plugged up? Other than that all I can think of is the gasket isn't getting installed correctly.

Is the gasket being sucked in or blown out? Spark plugs wouldn't have anything to do with it. On some heads and head covers there are several gaskets in their epically with the secondary air and PAIR systems. I would pull the valve cover and make sure you have all the o rings and gaskets in their properly. Look at a parts Fische or manual if you need to. It sounds like you're getting some positive pressure blowing the seal out or simply not installing it correctly like Tdh said

no i thought the same thing because i was having a problem with oil getting in my air box. So to prevent that i installed a oil catch can, that goes from the crankcase to oil catch can to air box. I thought maybe its not breathing correctly, so i told it off and ran a open breather hose from the crankcase up to the trunk compartment. bvut same thing happened again.

the gasket is getting blown out at the push of the start button. seems to only blown after riding it and turning it back on right away. if i wait 10-15mins or more it starts right up no problem. Im starting to think its an fuel injector leaking after the bike is off. To answer the other guys question, yes i am installing it correctly.

Garage
Get an oil pressure gauge and a service manual. It will tell you the range to expect and make sure it is not too high.

When is the last time you dropped the pan and checked the sump screen/pickup?

Not trying to be a jerk but I also suspect it is being installed incorrectly. Do you have a service manual and are you installing it in accordance with the instructions? Bolt tightening sequence? Torque? Many are surprised to know that the gasket ALSO requires a liquid adhesive in certain areas.

Those gaskets are a one time use. They are guaranteed to leak if you are re-using one.

Pics would help.

Keep us posted :)

Does it backfire on start up and is that what's causing your gasket to be blown out?
