Upper radiator brackets breaking

Just a heads up. My upper radiator bracket was broking completely off.
Kawi warranteed me a new radiator, but the rep said he was going to send a how to wheelie video so it wont happen agian. The rep said this was common,(he knew witch side was broken). So you guys might want to check this. They also warranteed my cam chain tensioner.
Thank you Kawasaki! For those of you planing to keep your ZX10 I would get the Kawi extended warranty. I got mine on Ebay for like $370.00?
It is also tranferable to the guy you sell the bike to.

Tell your girlfreind I said thanks

What year is your bike? Also, which side was broken off?

same thing happened to me, i managed to fit a 06 radiator on there instead of an 04, little bigger for better cooling but it does its job reallly good.

It is possible to put a pop rivet through the bracket for extra security, you have to place a screwdriver between the top rail and the core to stop the drill hitting the core when it goes through the rail, it works very well, I have done this to a members bike and so far I believe the radiator is still fine.
