Question tre for 08 zx10r

trying to find a tre for my 08, dont need the gear indicator any insight ?

Nothing in development yet, personally I don't think the bike needs it. I removed the KLEEN solenoid and WHAM! FI light! Hopefully he'll make a solenoid to get rid of FI light from the KLEEN solenoid removal.

just pull the secondaries and you won't need a TRE ( since it does absolutely nothing timing wise anyway)

I called Ivan and was told the same thing. Does nothing to the timing on the 08. Useless if you pull the secondary's.

I would think a TRE on the 08 would disable the VERY NICE stock gear indicator function as well, making it always read in 6th gear or something.

I wouldn't suggest fracking that nice feature up for a little more ummph below 6 grand.

Right, but you would need some way of playing with the timing table ( ign commander/ bazzaz/ Kit ECU ). I doubt the timing table for Neutral is optimal for power.
