Ditch the passenger pegs and replace the exhaust hanger with a lightweight one.

2013 ABS, Bridgestone T30 Evo, Woolich, Danmoto shorty & link, Rifleman's 1/5th turn, K&N, GP shift, Gen5 shock/links/dogbone, geared (-1/+0), Shorai, EBC HH, AllBallz roller steering, Ohlins NIX30, Lightech adjusters. Bestem carbon. 50,000km+ and good so far.

I found replacing the bigger components first. You can fit lots of little ti bolts but you will only save 45% of not alot. I made a ti top shock mount and saved 50% of a heavy bracket in 1 go. If you go for bolts then replace the biggest ones first. Id do the rear linkage bolts and front caliper bolts as they are all chunky bokts. Ti rear wheel nut etc...

Just to add to my last comment. Somewhere in this topic i did weigh the mirrors and side stand. Both are heavy items and are worth replacing or removing.
I like peter used to be obsessed with trying to loose weight on the zx10r because the bike used to feel like it needed less weight.
The funny thing is i just bought a 2017 r1 and its got so much grunt and torque that weight doesnt become a factor, it just pulls effortlessly.
I actually get arm ache trying to hang on with the torque which is something ive never experienced before.
The zx10r weight isnt really its issue in my opinion its more the lack of torque. Id work on that area if i bought another one

the new R1 feels much lighter, (I doubt is lighter since the crossplane engines are way heavier), its like riding a 750..

This is how I feel about the BMW. It may be 25 horses down from my ZX10RR, but the way it makes power and handles, it just FEELS lighter and faster.

Tell us a little more about the radiator please. I've always liked the look additional radiator that extends all the way down to the bottom but wasn't sure it was a practical upgrade for me seeing as how my area only hits 34 once a year. Was this a practical upgrade for you due to you local temperature extremes? I'm a little surprised at your addition since it will add a lot of weight.

Cheers
