TPS sensor bad????

I seem to have run into an issue with my TPS. Everything specs out as far as resistance on the TPS, voltage going to TPS, and ground. However the TPS will not return any voltage on the signal wire. Anyone run into an issue like this?

Checking main or subthrottle sensor? Also are you checking at ECU? Silly questions but its a start.

Figured it out. Had the signal wire grounded out in a tight spot.
