Torque spec needed

Dose anybody know what the proper torque spec in foot lbs is for the 36mm steering head nut.

I torqued it tighteren a MoFo as that was the way it was when I tried to break 'er loose!!!

That Is Not The Correct Way...your Actually Bending The Top Triple Clamp By Doing That

Make Sure To Loosen The Pinch Bolts On The Forks Before Any Adjustment Is Done
