Like any manufacture of tire you have pros and cons. Had to learn them pretty quick while working at K-Tech for MotoAmerica.

Not a bad tire, kind of a set and forget as far as pressures. Generally you can set them in the morning and leave them.

They do NOT like the cold.

Make sure they are heat soaked before you go out (minimum of an hour on the warmers)

Fronts wear like iron.

Check your manufacture date. 2018+ are very different from 2017 and before.

Stupidity and Motivation are a dangerous combination

I like them a lot, except for the 190/60 profile I prefer the 200/55. Ive used them on the track, and on the street. They are an OK street tire once they warm up.
Tire Warmers required for track use.

I have switched to the Slicks now. Comparable in price and last longer.

I like the Dunlop’s, and have run them for years. If you aren’t racing or running in “A” group, you are better served with the Q4. I’d also recommend the slicks if you have a choice.

Q4s only lasted one day for me. Id say Q4s are good for smaller bikes, or slower B- paces.

Definitely slicks last longer. Good tires for sure. I recommend running a soft front(2262 as I recall) and a med, med + for the rear. You will never wear out a med front in the time it takes to wear out one or two rears. Definitely make sure they are up to temp before you lay the hammer down. I had a scarey front slide when my front tire warmer did not heat up. Not fun.

30/20 f/r, hour on warmers, hit t1 at full tilt, stiff carcass, like riding on a train rail around a corner, dunlops have been my favorite tire for ten years

Shut up and ride.
