Thin head gasket question

Whats the thinnest head gasket you can get. I did a search on here and someone said part # 11004-0034 and that it was a .40 thickness. I bought it and the package says .50

Looks like .50mm is the thinnest for the 2nd Gen. Other options are .55mm and .60mm.

i've installed the 0.45 to my 04'(plus the intake cam and headwork due to race manual, and the ONLY ''problem'' i faced, was that the safety squash limit was 6mm(kawi race manual says no less than 7mm]but in a years period(more than 25 trackdays ]faced NO PROBLEM AT A L L!!!

I understand the thinner gasket will increase compression (YES / NO). How big is the difference in overall power???

Thanks

no answer to the bump in compression alone. I chose a total package tune and did not test just a bump in compression only.
