Question Tail light bulb

I purchased a LED spinning light bulb. How do I remove the tail light cover and install it. It looks like I will damage it if I'm not careful.

Spinning light bulb? In the 10? First question is why would you want to do that and second, you do realize that your taillight will not accept a conventional bulb? Your taillight is a curcuit board with small LED's in it.
