swapping out a cam....do i have to redegree??

Hello all.....quick question....I want to install a pinned 04 intake on the exhaust side of my 08, right now i have the cams alreakdy installed degreed at 109/110. My question is can I just zip tie the sprocket to the timing chain, mark the sprocket, remove it, install it on the pinned cam, drop it back in, drop it in and be good to go??? Thanks in advance.

i would redegree them just to make sure. would suck to take a shortcut and wind up either not the numbers you wanted or valve damage if its off a little. id just take the extra time and do it the right way. just my
