Suspension Settings for zx 10 05 210 lbs rider

What's up everyone ? I'm brasil05 and I'm trying to get some info about suspension settings for my zx10 05, I'm also thinking about putting a Termignoni slip on but I never seen a zx10 with it .Any info on that ? Sound ? HP Gains ?

Thanks for the attention !

as you might suspect there's many suspension threads if you 'search' for them but as for what will work for your weight and riding is anyone's guess but the #1 most important setting / measurement is 'rider sag' in full riding gear so get a couple of buddies to assist you. The following links are very imformative for suspension setup so take your time reading.
