Another good How-to on suspension set-up.

Talking

Incase sombody didn't see it...

Here is my set up...it is with a 190/60 rear, 120/70 front Dunlop 208 GP-A.
Also I have my forks flush in the triple clamp and the 3mm shim removed from above the shock.

Front: Preload: 6 lines showing

Comp: 13...if thats to stiff try 17 from full hard

Rebound: 10 clicks from full hard

Rear: Preload: 7 threads showin above the spring.

Comp: 2.5 turns from full hard

Rebound: 3-3.5 turns from full hard

This worked great for me. I started the day with 13 clicks of comp but it was too stiff for me. But I also have alotta stiction in my forks. After that I went to 17 and it worked great.

I have 7000mi on my forks. I hope that helps.

I also ran 29psi in both tires on monday. seemed to work fine.
