Surge hesitation around 8 to 10k

So a quick rundown at 1 point my 04 zx10r wouldn't rev past 8 k. 3 weeks later wouldn't go past 5k. I tested the fuel pump flow and it was very low at 35ml in a 4 second prime. I installed a new pump and it did 100ml in a 4 second prime so I'm good there. Now when I tested the bike i took off and the engine temp was around 120f. she pulled hard to to red line.

The front wheel comes off the ground it pull so hard. After riding about 5 to 10 min if I hit again it will surge between 8 to 10k as if it's losing fuel. What I have done so far is sea foamed, tested coils packs and they tested well. I looked at plugs and they was in great shape (ngk iridium) I looped the kick stand switch. When doing all this I went ahead and did the kleen mod, and I noticed the previous owner removed the secondaries.

I removed the exhaust valve,. I have no fi light. The bike is on stock ecu. I'm wondering if the mods I have make it run lean after temps get up around the 170 range at 8 to 10k. I did order a power commander ,spark plugs , and coilpacks already just in case. Is it possible one of the coil packs could be bad after warming up or do you guys think it's more of a I need a tune. I'm thinking it run hard at lower temps because the map is richer but I'm not sure. I just wanted your opinions.

I figured it out. Header bolts came loose today it was so loud. Right then with my tuning back ground I knew oh yea this is it. This is making the bike run to lean. Tightened all the bolts and she snapping wigs back now lol. Guess I'll install my power commander tomarrow and tune her up on the dyno
