Sputtering at high RPMs

Hey guys I am in need of some help on my 2012 ABS model zx10r Until earlier today, everything on my bike was bone stock and the bike ran great with no issues at all!

Well today I got my 3/4 Yoshi in and also a flash from schnitz racing. After installing it on my bike, I went out for a ride. Now at 10krpm, my bike falls flat on its face like its in limp mode.. So I swapped ECUs with 2 other zx10s and same thing happens. I checked all the plugs and made sure everything has been connected properly.

There was a Pc5 installed while troubleshooting and also might have had a pinched fuel line that we "un-pinched" and now the bike is having a hard time getting any fuel. Even at 2k rpm the bike seems to stutter. I am having a hard time trying to figure out what it could be. Tomorrow I will be swapping the fuel with with a buddy and hoping thats the issue. I read somewhere about the kick sensor can trigger some strange fueling issues but did not get a direct answer. If anyone could enlighten me about what you think I should check out that would be great!

The bike only has 2900 miles on it and EVERYTHING was in working order prior to these mods. Thanks!

Thanks for all the help... :/ It was a kink in the fuel line. We messed with it last night thinking that's what it was but it didn't solve it. Today I borrowed my friends off his 2013 and it worked. Just trying to help the next guy out if they are experiencing the same kind of symptoms.

So it WAS the fuel line being kinked that caused the stuttering?

Yes. There was also a wire that was showing the coil that was ripped up from the tank laying on it, (It was the same wire that you plug the pc5 into) We tried to get the kink out and lay the tank down carefully and it was still sputtering. So I swapped the fuel line with my friends 10r and changed the map on the pc5 and everything was back to normal!

Found out that the secondaries kick on at 10k rpm and that was exactly why it was sputtering.

I'm guessing you're the friend that Q. Dixon hit me up about? Glad I could help ;)

FYI: The wire you tap into for the PCV isn't for a coil, if it's the wire at the base of the airbox, that's for gear position sensor.

You are correct lol. Thanks for getting back to us that late at night! Tried to get the kink out of the fuel line and it wasn't working. Plus when we installed the pc5, we tapped into the secondaries instead of the primary and then the bike ran like poop. Fixed that and replaced the line and its good to go. However, it backfires/pops alot on decel.
