running temp

I was just wondering what average temp runs on if its about 60 degress out. Also I have had a noticable drop in top end. It runs great/normal till about 9500 rpm and just goes flat. doesn't really cut out or anything, think I'm gonna pull the top of the airbox and see if it swallowed a bird or something

I get paid for this ?!?

My 08 runs between 170-185 when moving. Of course it climbs over 200 and the fan comes on when stopped for an extended period.

In 60 degree weather, my bike runs high 140's into the 150s as well, i think it's normal...

I've noticed a trend though, when on the highway add about 90 degrees to the ambient temp and that's where the bike is at.

At its core, the Ninja ZX-10R is a motorcycle built for the accomplished rider who can fully appreciate its capabilities--whether put to the test at a racetrack, or merely the focus of bench-racing conversation. It is, by all standards, the embodiment of the ultimate superbike.

Mybike runs around 160-175 on the hgwy. In town with stop and go traffic it goes up to 180-205ish. I was thinking of putting on another fan to keep it cooler. I know some R1 have dual fans and i was thinking about converting it to that but not sure on all the details about doing that or if its worth it?? Does anybody know or done this??
