Removing and installing cowlings on 06 ZX10R

Just about finished asking my immediate questions.. All you guys rock. ANywho, I want to take off all the cowlings, right side, left side, to get to engine so I can check bolts and stuff. My question is, is there specific torque. I do know that almost all of the allen head bolts are loose (turns easy) been that way from dealership. Please hit me with the knowledge here.. Thanks and peace

when putting them back in I only use the bit on an extension without a ratchet. don't want to over torque the well nuts they are expensive.
