RAM MOUNT - Where to mount it?

I have a 1st gen, and I got the RAM STEM mount, but it's not really all that solid (or maybe I didn't install it right, and frankly the screw they give you for it strips too easily and isn't strong enough). It spins around a bit so its not really super solid. I want to set up a mount for both my radar and zumo 220 gps. The stem mount is okay for the gps but I know it moves around too much to put more on it. can you guys post pics on where you attached your ram mounts? I'm thinking of maybe the inside front of the cockpit, attached to the screw near the headlights. Have also considered the inner windscreen mount and/or mirror mounts, but when I measured it didn't seem like I could fit the gps inside the cockpit and still turn the bars (or see the speedo).

Can't do anything really on the tank as I ride with a tank bag all the time. Might be able to get one that mounts to the tank mounting bolts in the front though...?
