Question about lowering links on my 07?

Okay the person i got my bike from said he installed the links and did not like it lowered so he put back to the stock height but looking @ the holes it is set up on it looks like it is in the lowest setting. This picture shows me taking the pic from the back of bike in front of the back tire looking towards the front tire. What do you guys think?

stock up high lowered down below...lefty loosey, righty tighty...better to measure 4 times and cut 2x than to never have measured at all !!
