problems after installing FS TiForce

I recently installed a FS on my 04 this season, have a PCIII with a dynojet tune in it but not on the bike yet. Only mods I have is a street BMC. After installing FS I noticed that the bike would stall alot, I guessing from not having the PCIII installed with a correct tune/map. But when it stalls I have to put it in Nuetral in order to start it. I tried pulling in on the clutch and starting in 1st but nothing. I cant remember if it was like that before the install of the FS or not.

Also dont know if it is the battery or alternator(<<--dont know the correct name for it) but whenever I rev the bike the lights get brighter then dim back down. I have no starting issues at all battery however is original with 11K on the bike. Any1 experienced this or have any suggestions for me that can help me........thnx.

yeah the tune is most off at your idle.... also how high is your idle speed? when you free up the exhaust it usually makes the idle drop a lil, try adjusting it. goto dynojets site and d/l a map for the tiforce

the lights do dim, well I know mine does.....
