Problem with new exhast

I just got my bike back from the shop. I had a new Aprovovick race full system. I also had a valve job and added a BMC race filter. I hauled the bike home and right away I noticed that it was vibrating more than normal. The Vibrating started at about 4000 rpm. The shop is closed for the weekend and doesn't open again until next Tuesday. My questions is should the new exhaust be causing this. I had the bike Dynod and called them afterwards telling them it was vibrating the guy said he didn't notice anything I checked all the bolts took the tank off and checked the air box and can't find the noise or source of the vibration. I was planning on doing a track day this weekend should I go ahead and do it or wait and take the bike back on Tuesday. Is this normall for the full race system. A friend of mine thought the valves may sound lose. Any help would be apreciated. Thank you

I think that's a common problem with the Aprovovick systems.

sometimes when changing to an aftermarket exhaust it vibrates more than when the stock system was in place.i think it's mostly because of the rubber washers where the mufflers attach to the subframe. and also the weight of the stock system does dampen some vibration.

I have a Akra on my 06 and it has a bzzz around 4-4500. Was much worst with the Boz in prior.

I would suspect you are fine as there is little to go wrong when bolting on a exhaust if the mechanic is even okay.

As for valves they do not make noise on modern bikes.

Does the bike feel better in the power department?

Power is definitly improved rode it a Motorsport Ranch today. Crazy power (I think) Wheeling tucked down the straight 125 plus indicated third gear (short shifted it to try to keep the front down) great fun. Thank you to everybody for there help. Travis Lutter
