olins damp. torx bolt

I am trying to take off my stock Olins damp. and on the far right right side it looks like a Torx bolt but it has a nipple in the middle of it.
is that a tool i need to order through Kawi. or do they sell that somewhere??

i want to take the Olins off to sand it up and paint it Black.

thanks guys.
any info will be appreciated.

Are you looking to just take the Damper off or the whole damper and bracket? If just the damper its called a security torx bit and you can get one off the Snap-On truck or maybe Sears. If you are lookin to get the Damper assembly off no need to undo that bolt. Take the steering stem bolt off and the damper will be able to move out of the way for you to access the bracket bolts.

Not very secure when you can go pick up a set from the auto parts store.
