Normal temp?

Just curious to see about what temperature your guys' bikes run at. Mine hit around 210 today and didnt know if that was too high.

Depends.

What the the temp outside?
Stop and go traffic?

If it was pretty warm out and you riding in stop and go conditions, then yeah it is not uncommon to see 210. And then the fan kicks in and brings it down to 200 or so....

If you are moving down the road at a steady speed with out the stop and go, then it sounds like there might be something going on.

How long was the light? Picking up 45 degrees just sitting at a light seems excessive. Otherwise 165 on the freeway doesn't sound out of the ordinary (again depending on temp).

Any mods? PC3?

If it was a 5 minute light, then I wouldn't worry about it. A 5 minute light is pretty long. Train? Maybe stop the bike until after the train passes.

I wouldn't worry any about that temperature. Over 230 is where I would really worry.
