Noise after I install clutch basket!!!

I broke my clutch basket rivets off basket and got it apart and dropped oil pan cleaned everything out(metal chips and chunks).Installed new basket and now I have a knocking sound while it is running! Pulled basket several times to make sure it is in right(and it is!)Still making clicking sound!I removed it again fired it up for a couple of seconds and no noise! So I know its not the rods or anything serious.I think maybe the alternator or oil pump may have debris left in it??Anyone might know what could be going on with this thing?

Now what

If this is an 04/05, you must have matching basket and crankshaft..it doesn't matter for the 06+...also check the crankshaft gear to be sure that it did not get any trash in the gear cause that will give you a "knocking" noise every time that spot comes around on the gear..
