Yup. That long should help... if you want to see ET go down, you need to be spraying as soon as you see WOT. If you wait 'till second you're damn near 600ft out or more, and you'll just see MPH. You don't even need a mechanical activation switch: you can use the control hub to trigger the solenoid at 100% throttle withing a given RPM window. You can run the arm switch for the system on the headlight switch, on the other output from the control hub, or any aftermarket switch that you like.
