Your sure you have it hooked up right? Do you have a map loaded and the throttle is synced?

I did all of those steps, only thing i didn't do is fully remove the tank b/c i was too lazy to do so. Everything is hooked up right and i loaded a slip-on with stock or aftermarket air filter. I have a k&n filter, GiPro ATRE, D&D slip on until my full exhaust is sent that I bought on the forums. Any other advise? What is throttle synced? Do i have to have my laptop going with usb plugged in while doing this? There was nothing in the instructions about this...

Thanks to anyone who can help...

-Brian

Yes It has to be hooked up to your lap top and bike. It syncs your throttle position with the fuel curve.

Can you give more details on this? Ignition on or off? Start bike? Need more info.

Ya it was dark and I live in a condo so I was doing it in the parking lot. I didn't want to wait till Monday till I was at work so I could print the directions so I forgot about the BROWN plug and plugged it into the GRAY one... Dumb ass mistake but live in learn. It runs fine now, couldn't get to test it as it's raining now. I will test it in the am though and see if there's much improvement. I figured it had to be connections as it wouldn't start unless I rev'd it and I hooked the laptop to it and it couldn't find the device. So I ripped it apart again and well, low and behold, reread directions like 8 times and saw "brown" I was like omfg.
