Need help, my gen 2 will not start

OK so here is the story. I bought this gen 2 off a friend, it is pretty much stock besides the pc3,gi pro, and full apveok exhaust. I road it a couple of weeks befor i bought it and it road strong,I was impressed and sold. When I went to go pick it up, it would not run. He tried to get it started by jumping it and using starting fluid, it would run but then shut off. So when I got it home I started searching the forms for gen 2 starting problems. First thing I did was replace the battery and nothing so then I checked the fuel pump and that worked.Sad news is it had about two inches of water in the tank. So i flushed the fuel system of the old gas and what ever water was left. I changed all other fluids just in case, still nothing. From here I went ahead and replaced the sparkplugs and had the injectors checked, cleaned and flowed. All checked out, so I have fuel, air and spark. Went to start and it started but won't idel. It started twice and now its back to not starting. So I checked all connections and for chaffing in the wire harness and also the bike down sensor and all checked out an the FI light does come on when sensors are unplugged. I checked the pc3 and there was problems with it so I updated the softwear and got it thinking right again and still nothing, we then bypassed the GI pro and pc3 and went to stock hookup and still nothing. I do have compression and the valves are not bent so right now I am at loss. When it is cranking it sounds like it is right there lik it wants to start buy wont turn over. Could it be a bent crank shaft and bad head gasket? Any one else have the same trouble with the gen 2?

Might be something simple like a pinched or clogged fuel line.

try this to eliminate which system is failing, fuel or ignition. use a spray plastic bottle with gas, spray the ram air ducts in front fairing several good shots , crack throttle, and try to restart. if fires, recheck the fuel pump especially the internal fuel filter as u had water in tank. if no fire, u have a spark problem. also i have run into the common ground junction under the left small fairing under tank causing similiar problems. it's a square plastic junction box taped up in the harness that feeds the sensors and fuel/spark systems. your main ground cable off the battery runs directly to it. must be pried apart, contains over ten ground junctions on a common bar. had one badly corrodded that gave me fits finding the no start problem. no warning when this box acts up, running good one moment, no start next. let u know what u find.
