lowering blocks installation

Since I'm replacing my front seals, I will be doing this tomorrow. Any advise, tips, do's and don'ts?

Its pretty strait forward. You will need to compress the springs so a press is a good tool to have but you can build a little hillbilly contraption with some ingenuity. Make sure you do not take apart the valving and if you really want to slow down the forks use some heavy duty HD fork oil

Done. 2 hours and 38 minutes and 4 Coronas. Replaced the seals and installed the blocks. Easy if you have the correct tools. Now 2 more Coronas to finish the six pack.
