Lowered zx10r suspension settings???

I just lowered my zx10r front and rear....
lowered the front 1 1/4" and the rear is in the bottom hole on the bones...

What settings did you set the front and rear to???
I ride street and strip so nothing too radical...just need somewhere to start especially tightening the rear up a bit in case the little lady wants to ride...

Thanks
Russ

Well, my roadracing background suggests that the first place to start is to raise it back up to (close to) stock ride height :D

Helibars, MRA screen, Ohlins damper, reversed shift pattern, sorted suspension, braided lines, Michelin Pilot Power, all else stock 'coz it's fast enough!

Front and rear should be lowered same amount (as I understand it ) for best results. 2" front and 2" rear for me works great....
