Looking for 04-05 10r injector flow rate specs

hey all, newb to your forum here. I'm building a bike engined car and using a set of 04-05 zx10r throttles and FI setup on an older carbureted honda motor. running a megasquirt to control everything. I've spent a few hours searching to no avail looking for flow rates for the stock injectors. I did find a factory service manual for an '04 but no specific injector flow rates are specified at any fuel pressure. I have the injectors on hand but would really like to avoid having to build a test rig to find out what they are.

thanks all!

Google the part number on the injectors , you will get the answer from the manufacturers website.

I have done this for injectors before.

tried that. no dice. part number on the sides are: 28403y3

not sure who the injector manufacturer is. it has the bosch style connector, but says "bosch license" inside so i'm assuming that they are not bosch injectors and only use the connector style. confirmed this as well as I could searching the bosch website and others looking for a part number or application match with no luck.

some quick math with assumed BSFC and DC gives a range from 260-320 cc/min. at stock fuel pressure. I really need to nail down that number for calculating some base maps to start from, that's just a little too broad. Do any of you know max Duty Cycle on a stock bike? and likewise BSFC?

thanks for all the input everyone!

looks pretty damn familiar

website also says that they are basically a 50/50 shareholder company of mitsu and bosch so that fits as well.

if you look inside the plug area you will see bosch inside them, they are the same fuel injectors for the zx12r as well (thats for 04-05 zx10r) on 06-07 they are a different injector and they are the same as for the zx14......

woohoo!!! scored the data needed.

http://www.factorypro.com/ these guys advertise flow check and balancing for sport bike injectors so i found them and gave them a call and they gave me the following data for these specific injectors:

110 mL
20 s
100% DC
3bar FP.

so at the bikes stock FP and 100% DC they are appx. 330 cc/min injectors.

these guys were super helpful so don't hesitate to use them for any injector needs!
