Just installed PCIII and Im getting a constant 100 TPS reading..

I have taken it apart 3 times to check the TPS wires, and they are plugged in tight.

I have loaded a few different maps, and the bike generally revs good (on stands) but it will not idle. When I try to let it idle, it dies but I can rev it to keep it alive.

I dont think its a map issue -maybe a wire problem or I damaged my TPS???

Any thoughts?

I searched around for a while and found a old thread about the "rough idle update" but I dont think it applies b/c the post was back in 04.

ANd I didnt see anything on pc website about this...

Thanks,
Andrew

Did you reset the TPS with the PC111 ?

Also dif you get the PC111 connected to the right plug, it is easy to get it wrong, as the grey and the brown plug are the same.
