Angry intake valve problems

hi. just took apart my 06 zx10 to fit a strobe box. i put the box under the airbox in the space where i have my induction block off plates. i beleive that i put everything back together correctly. when i when put the ingnition in run mode and i notice that the 4 plates of the intake were opening and closing uncontrollably, and i feel a vibration in the trottle. i tried to turn the bike on and it keeps stalling out. this has never happened before. anyone know what might be going on here. my mods are devil slip on, ivan block off plates, ivans tre, and pc3. please help anyone that has an idea of what it is. im gonna start from scratch tomm. thanks

Did you disconect anything or take any parts off the bike?
Did you just do the block off plates?

i resolved the problem. seems that some of the wiring from the lights was not letting the valves open and close properly. the wires were tie wrapped and tucked clear from any throttle cables and problem was resolved. thanks for everyones help.
