How-to adjust suspension settings - front

For my riding style/weight I have came to the conclusion that my front forks are way to soft. I would like to "harden" the ride up a little and reduce the amount of compression while under hard braking.

I do not like the feeling of the front end falling out from under me when I corner hard on uneven surfaces. P.S. I weight about 175lbs.

1. Do I need to adjust the "Spring Preload Adjuster" (clockwise/counterclockwise and how much?)
2. How many clicks (clockwise/counterclockwise?) for the Rebound Damping Force Adjuster?
3. How many clicks (clockwise/counterclockwise?) for the Compression Damping Force Adjuster

I havent been able to gain 100% confidence in the stock suspension yet and hopefully by making some adjustments I can solve some issues.

You can get other riders settings and try them but we are all so diff that its best to learn to setup for YOU and your bike.

take notes and more notes during the process for reference later.
