When my 2005 10R heats up to 195+ I hear a vibration or buzzing noise coming my front end somewhere. Not sure if it is the cowling or a cable or what because you only hear it when riding in the 4-5K rpm range and it goes away when the bike cools down. Is it an indicator of an impending engine failure or is it nothing to worry about?

I'm new to riding which makes me a retard as to what is normal noises and operating temps on a bike.

There are several pieces that can be fixed to stop the rattle/buzz , it happens because the Kawasaki Engine is blessed by not having an energy absorbing counterbalance shaft ,

Here are a few things which buzz.
1.Top cowl mounting brackets.
2.Fuel cap.
3.Ignition switch.
4 Tank mount (front).
5 Mid cowl mounting.
6.Clutch cable vibrating on fairings.
7. Incorrectly torqued engine mounts.

Do a search, it will be endless reading.
