what kind of riding are you doing ?

is 95 KG with all the gear ? ( track suit shoes, helmet etc )

I believe you will need to get stiffer spings (1.0 kg )

You need stiffer springs, and about 35mm of travel on the front and about 30mm travel in the rear when you sit on the bike with gear for touring.

1st set you rider sag "forks" 35mm from full ex, "shock" 30mm from full ex ..you want 20 mm of free sag {no rider} in the front and 10mm in the rear....you may need to re-spring both.

You can use this to start from.
http://www.sportrider.com/tech/suspension/

Use this as a guide or whatever you want. Scroll down and there are settings for a '06 ZX-10r.

Hope this helps.

Heavenly Father, thank you for your Word which is the Truth that sets me free. Give me strength to separate myself from anything that does not honor You. In Jesus Name. Amen.
